Can I change my card without changing my account?
Yes. You can upgrade your card at any time from your customer area or the application, without closing your account. The upgrade to a higher card (e.g. Classic → Premier) is effective within 5 working days. A move to a lower card remains subject to validation if your account offer includes a specific card.
How long does it take to receive your card?
Your physical card is shipped within 5 working days after validation of your account. You can add it immediately to Apple Pay or Google Pay to start paying before receipt. A provisional code is sent to you by SMS upon opening the account.
Can I have several cards on the same account?
Yes. You can associate several cards with a single current account: for example, a primary card and a secondary card for a trusted relative (spouse, adult child). Each card has its own configurable limit.
What are the withdrawal and payment limits?
The default limits are: Classic (€500 withdrawal / €3,000 payment per week), Premier (€1,000 / €5,000), Infinite (tailor-made according to your profile). All ceilings can be modified from the application within the limit authorized by your offer.
Does the card work outside France?
All Nexia cards are accepted in the 200 countries and territories of the Visa network. Payments in foreign currencies are converted at the daily interbank rate, with no hidden commission for Premier and Infinite. The Classic applies a commission of 1.75% outside the euro zone.
