Is the card blocking immediate?
Yes. The blocking takes effect in less than 2 seconds as soon as you tap “Block” in the app. No transactions can be carried out during the blockade, including contactless payments and online purchases while being authenticated.
Can I create multiple virtual cards?
Yes. With the Premier or Infinite card, you can create an unlimited number of multi-use virtual cards. With Classic, you can generate single-use virtual cards (the number expires after each transaction). Each virtual card can be configured with a specific limit and lifespan.
How do I change my PIN code?
In the Nexia application: “My cards” → “Security” → “Change PIN”. Authenticate with Face ID or fingerprint, then enter your new 4-digit code. The modification is effective immediately on all terminals.
Do caps reset automatically?
Yes. Weekly caps reset every Monday at 00:00. Daily caps reset at midnight. If you have temporarily increased a limit, you can reschedule it to return to your standard level on a chosen date.
Can I add a card for a loved one?
Yes. From your space, you can order an additional card in the name of a trusted relative (spouse, adult child). This card is linked to your main account, with its own independent limits that you control. The number of additional cards depends on your offer (1 with Classic, 2 with Premier, 5 with Infinite).
What to do in the event of permanent loss or theft?
First block the card from the app, then report the loss or theft via the “Opposition” button (legal equivalent to telephone opposition). Nexia automatically issues a new card shipped within 3 working days. An emergency card can be activated virtually the same day.
